Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
We hope you are enjoying the cooler weather and staying warm indoors.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we organized a food drive for the South Oakland Shelter in the metro Detroit area.
This was our first local project – hopefully the first of many more to come!
We posted up collection sites at several of our workplaces, and we were able to donate a total of 253 items (495 lbs) of food to South Oakland Shelter.
With the average family of three eating 20 lbs of food a week, we have provided a week of food for about 25 families! Thank you and great job to our volunteers!
